General Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Board of directors and CEO of the holding company (VariArts Travel Group) to establish and execute overall DMC development strategies – including team building, sales, marketing, PR, operation, supply chain, quality control and essentially driving revenue and profit growth
  • Lead and motivate the whole team, constantly on the watch for new talents
  • Build and strengthen relationship with current sales & marketing channels, and develop new ones; establish strategic partnerships to boost volume
  • Represent the company in international organizations, events and speaking opportunities
  • Follow luxury travel industry trends and needs from various markets to guide product development effort; supervise overall operation and delivery to ensure excellent performance and in-time customer feedbacks
  • Guide operation team in cost control and supply chain optimization; support the board to set up an internal operation streamlining technology platform

  • Over 10 years experience in worldwide sales, marketing, and business development in luxury travel industry and/or MICE industry, with strong sales networks, client base and good reputation

VP,Sales & Marketing

China DMC VariArts Travel (www.variarts.com) is seeking sales & marketing executive (shareholding position) who is willing to relocate to Beijing.  Although he/she could also be located abroad with commutes to Beijing.  The role will have a focus on global business development, sales and marketing.  The candidates should have luxury leisure / MICE market knowledge, networks and relationships, and preferably a mature entrepreneur with integrity.  Contact VariArts HR department at hr@variarts-group.com.

Creative Travel Designer

VariArts Travel Ltd. (www.variarts.com) is looking for outstanding senior-level Creative Travel Designer across a wide range of backgrounds to help us develop and execute creative travel programs. Travel Designer’s key responsibility is to develop, provide, manage and support sales of competitive products that support the company’s sales objectives. Travel Designer will work closely in team or and clients to create unique travel programs to translate clients’ dream trip into reality by customize.

Responsibilities:

  • Create tailor-made travel programs in consultation with clients
  • Adhere to company philosophy when creating and presenting products
  • Follow up on proposals in a timely manner to maximize the conversion to sales
  • Confirm required services with all suppliers according to established procedures
  • Work with sales department to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Participate in in-house training programs and educational tours as required

Operation Manager – Special Interest Travel

VariArts Travel (www.variarts.com) is looking for outstanding Operation Manager – Special Interest Travel who will work closely in team or and clients to create unique travel programs to translate clients’ dream trip into reality by customize. The successful candidate will be based in our downtown Beijing Office alongside our team of international luxury travel professionals, and the working language will be English as well as Chinese.

  • Familiar with the international business culture

Senior Operation Director – MICE & Events

Responsibilities:

  • Assist and support to the VP operation for Company operation work and report for team’s working flow
  • Create and manage end to end process flow for operations, including develop new projects, new products, conduct site inspection and on site group manage for large mice, luxury travel groups
  • Be able to conduct monthly operation training with new products and service skill
  • Be able to work closely with international branding hotels

  • Over 5 years of full-time working experience in Tourism Industry (Destination Management Company, Professional Conference Organizer, international branding hotels MICE department), and have executed international MICE events and convention independently
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Experiences contacting international customers and business partners
  • Must be detailed-oriented
  • Be a team player, have a positive attitude, fun to work with, can function well independently, and can deliver under pressure
  • Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English
